The outside of jackets that I bought from Zara was well made. Unfortunately, the lining in the jackets wore out within 6 months. I had to completely reline one of them. Also, the buttons came off the man's jacket.
Zara are spoiling the quality of their clothes with very cheap lining.

Brilliant Service!! I went into Birmingham Zara located outside Bull Ring. I found the store layout helpful, and the shop assistants were laid back and helpful too. If I needed to ask a question, they were there, otherwise they let me get on with it and pick out a decent stylish outfit.
