The sizes are ridiculous . I am not large and take a 12-14 jacket at Next and Per Una , yet I need an XL at Zara but they rarely have that size in stock. well the quality of the clothes and items in the Zara store are amazing so i would be willing to pay that little bit extra on the highstreet for that more designer look than paying full wack.

The worst experience was to be accused for having damaged the items which were falling apart while practically new. I had two items from 215,Oxford street, London and one from Windsor.
