I have just started using this again. I used to have flat nipples (both were) and then after wearing the niplette for about a week there was a noticeable difference. I had started back up at school and had found it difficult to wear them and then ran out of time altogether or just forgot to put them on.
I'm starting up again!
I am wearing them all day and all night (as much as I can - I rest for a few hours between but my nipples come out to barely any tweaking and stay hard for a minute… Read Full Review

I have been using the Niplette for nearly two weeks now, for as much as a can during the day and at night..and what a change i have seen! Although the the extraversion lasts a couple of minutes after i have removed the device, I have noticed that the nipple responds (outwardly) to any external stimulation. I am quite optimistic abbout the result after 3 months of its use (as recommended) hopefully in the form of permanent nipple extraversion. I dont wish to generalise on my experience and say… Read Full Review

I can't believe what I am reading in these recent reviews - "itchy, discomfort, nipples turning purple!". Did you read the information leaflet that came with the Nipplette pack? I used Nipplettes because I had slightly inverted nipples. My doctor recommended them to me along with a good moisturiser (Mothercare Nipple Cream - contains camomile and vit. E). I guess the secret is to use them with care. Moisturise the nipple(s) firstly - this not only helps to start getting a good blood flow… Read Full Review

Well, i know it's too soon to tell, but for the first time in 30 years, i have NIPPLES. I received my package in the mail, and went straight to the bathroom to see if this would really work, or it was a total waste of money.. I was TOTALLY taken back when i saw my nipple fill the little cup up....something i've never had and often wondered what it was like. I really hope that once they stay *out* that i will have some sensation to cold and or touch. I bought these for total cosmetic… Read Full Review

I have always had flat nipples, so I thought i'd give this a go. I kept the niplette on all day for 2 weeks. (I work from home) Otherwise they do stick out through all my clothes. They did pull my nipples out a bit, but I found that on little suction I was blistering from the suction hole and bleeding!I also got pain and gave up on them.
I then looked on different sites to see what else was on the market and found "Supple Nips", which are amazing, no pain, no blisters. You can even wear them… Read Full Review

I used this to correct my inverted nipples. It seemed to be working, but its very painful! If you put it on tight enough to actually make them stay, they will turn purple, scab, and blister. I just gave up because I couldnt deal with the pain anymore. But I think Im gonna give it another go. After a couple of hours, when I took it off they were basically all the way out. I definatly think that if used the right way, it could fully correct them. You just need to be very dedicated and be able to… Read Full Review

I have flat nipples and so bought the nipplettes. Although I find that they do work wonders my nipples get blisters and then scabs when the nipples burst. This happens after just a few hours of usage. Is this normal or am I doing it wrong? I am loath to stop trying as the results are so good otherwise… Read Full Review

I have been using niplette for just over a week and have noticed a dramatic change already. I tend to wear them as much as possible during the daytime and always at night with a well fitting sports bra. Sometimes they do fall off, but I take the syringe with me when out and about and my friends seeem to think I have developed a weak bladder. I sometimes get a bit of itching and mild soreness, but vaseline seems to help with this. One of my nipples was only flat and I have noticed the most… Read Full Review

I am 20yrs old, have been using the niplette for over 2 months now and it had completly fixed one nipple which i think would have been 2 on the inverted scale. The other one i had not seen the nipple ever, it was just a slit, so i think a 3 on the scale. That is now coming out when I get cold but still a little inverted, I have just got eczema on my nipples so now can not use it till that clears up, but once that is over I will start just using the niplette on one nipple as the other is now… Read Full Review

After using the niplette for a week, my inverted nipple protruded for a few minutes after I took off the niplette and then became inverted again. I've now been using it for a month for about eight hours a day, and my one inverted nipple now shifts from inverted to flat to protruding a bit depending on how cold I am and if I've manipulated it. It really is great when I look down and see my nipple protruding on its own. These results have been slow but steady, and I'm optimistic my nipple will… Read Full Review

I never knew something like this existed. I noticed a difference after a few days. I had flat nipples, sligty inverted and have always felt a little insecure..
After only a few days, my nipples stay out pretty much all day a little bit and they look so much better.
I do experience alot of senstivity, especially when I run on the treadmill. But it is worth it to me..
I would recommend this product 100 percent… Read Full Review

Hi brought this mainly because I'm planning to breastfeed and I'm currently just over 5months.
I brought it about 1month ago...at first I was able to wear for 4hrs or so but now I'm really struggling for 1hr.
I prefer to wear at night as my job requires me to be searched which I feel uncomfortable wearing them.
At the night they seem to fall off! Even when using vasaline.
My main concern is the "pain" I get with them...at some points I have a burning/sore feeling and have to remove them and… Read Full Review

I didnt feel very insecure about my inverted nipples until I started dating my current boyfriend, who is supportive and says he loves them, but was the first person to ever point it out to me. Since then, I have been self-conscious. I have been using the Avent Niplette on and off for the past few months, and even with my discontinuous use, my nipples have already gone from inverted to flat. I will definitely try to use them every night for the next few weeks/months and see if I can get them… Read Full Review

First off, how long has this option been around? I just saw the Advent Nipplette a couple months ago on the show "The Doctors" thank goodness! I see from other reviewers this has been around a long time. Might I recommend that we tell our ob/gyn's about this, mine had never heard of it! Surgery is so expensive, I am happy to pay this compared to that!
Good: Nipples came out quickly - and I feel so womanly now.
Not bad: Soreness, got some bleeding from the nipples and cracked a bit, but… Read Full Review

I have had inverted nipples for as long as i can remember and they have been a major influence when feeling confident in myself growing up, as i would always shy away from people in changing rooms and i would avoid contact with individuals as much as possible.
I had looked at numerous ways of solving this problem and the Niplette has been the highest rated and reviewed technique to help improve and solve this problem, i have had the Niplette on for a matter of hours and i can already see an… Read Full Review
