I drifted away from Marks and Spencer for a while but have now seen the light and returned. I feel there is no comparison on the high street.
    Prices have no 99p tags.
    Service is the best around.
Clothes are stylish, good quality and classy.
    Cafe's are great.
If they don't have it in, it will be del ...

It would be very useful if you would have more short size 12's on the racks.

I tend to shop at Marks & Spencer mostly at lunch, sometimes food shopping and also for clothes/shoes. The main reason for this is that there are two stores near where I work (Fenchurch Street and Moorgate) and one at my station (Simply Food London Bridge). There are also two near where I live (Cr ...

The furniture I ordered from Marks & Spencer looked so attractive in the showroom. However, after some time the leather wore to such a degree on one seat cushion, that their assessor upheld a complaint that the product was defective. After being advised by a customer service adviser over the phone, ...

Marks & Spencer is not the place to queue up for your lunch sandwiches as it is very obvious that some staff do not want to be there. If you spend too much time browsing and change your mind, the security here will watch you and make no attempt to conceal it.

As a regular food buyer - I get ALL my food either at a local store (Hackney) or one of the excellent new food only outlets (esp the one at Liverpool Street, Station). Mark and Spencer's Quality can not be faulted - yep it costs a bit more but hey its very good.
Shame the same can not be said for t ...

I never shop at Marks and Spencer but I went in there looking for a wedding present for friends that were getting married that day. I was speaking to a member of staff who was putting stock out about a present I had received that was a hamper of food and drinks for the couple. The lady was very help ...

Marks & Spencer - Not worth it, as a large built man of 48, M&S do not come on my radar as their clothes are for young kids that are stick insects. They are still...even with the last makeover...living in the last century!

Marks and Spencer is a new shop in an up and coming retail park in Speke , Liverpool . Window display is uninviting and compares badly with the Next shop, which is almost next door. There does not seem to be much coordination in the way the clothes are displayed. Bright and colorful clothes only ava ...

We have recently experienced a problem with our seat cushions on one of our Marks & Spencer, Abbey sofas (leather). After just 8-9 months the corners of the foam have turned hard - this gives a lumpy look to the corners of the cushions. M&S cust services have had one of the cushions collected (the ...
