Ordered Sony TV on 28th December 2008, with nominated delivery date of 21st January 2009. Emailed on 20th January 2009 to confirm delivery would be made as requested. The order was placed on 27/12 and the indicated delivery date was 12/1 which then moved to 14/1. 14/1 came and went and even today 22/1 I don't even have a clue on when M & S will deliver the item. I love to shop at Moorgate Marks and Spencer at weekends, because it is so quiet and peaceful! I always go there for my Xmas shopping to avoid the hustle and bustle of Marble Arch and Oxford Street.

A good Marks and Spencer shop at Moorgate, but I think some of the staff could do with a little extra training and learn the names of the products that they are selling.

Marks and Spencer good points: A wide range of high-quality products, including clothing and food. Plenty of large stores around, mostly with ample parking. Better and more varied designs these days. No-quibble returns.

LOVE the shop - especially the coffee shop, could stay in there all day.
HATE the car parking - have had to leave baby in road in car seat as couldn't fit it back into the car, then reverse out a little to get room. I think M&S (and all other supermarkets) should police their Mother and Baby spaces ...

I drifted away from Marks and Spencer for a while but have now seen the light and returned. I feel there is no comparison on the high street.
Prices have no 99p tags.
Service is the best around.
Clothes are stylish, good quality and classy.
