    Would never recommend Abbey business internet business banking and we have come to the conclusion that sometimes it is better to pay for business banking because this at least offers some customer service.

    I switched to Abbey Business from a high street bank that charged me a fortune, paid no interest, and provided little service. Abbey pays me interest, charges me nothing, and in over 2 years I have had no problems at all.

    Abbey National are very complicated to open a new Business Internet bank account with, even as an existing user. They make you jump through many hoops before they will let you open another account.

    They have cost me money rather than helping my business: if I charged them my hourly rate for the time I've spent trying to sort things out, they would owe me a bob or two!

    Once set up, the Abbey National Business Internet Banking system works well with only minor irritations.

    Minimal charges. Good interest rates for savings accounts. Site easy to use. Transfers simple. Unlike our previous experience with NatWest, there is no daily limit to amounts that can be paid ...
