The modem arrived in a package with two microfilters, a cable to connect to the phone line and a USB cable to connect to the computer and an installation disk. Following the instructions the CD was loaded first to install the drivers and then the modem was connected using the USB cable. All went s ...

everytime I turn computer off, it needs to be unplugged and plugged in again to get it recognised by the computer. A simple driver would sort the problem, but BT do not supply one
