I messed something up for webhosting and had no idea what went wrong. But bloke on the other end of the phone knew what happened and explained the problem and the solution very clearly to me, and said he already made changes to settings so there was nothing to do on my part. Renewal notices were still being emailed to my daughter, who originally set up the website, and previous attempts to change the email address had not worked. I phoned to sort out the problem, which now seems to be sorted. I also wanted to pay the annual renewal fee, and was offered a multi-annual option. Asked Names to make a change to my glue records for 3 DNS's always decent always professional just a great service.
