I have come across several issues constructing my web page along the way and they have always been prompt and courteous with their replies. They have bee able to help me through some of my issues and whilst they can't always fix my problems, they have always told me why. Contacted Names.co.uk as I had to update our primary and secondary servers. Now you might as well talk Chinese when you speak about computer jargon to me. ( I just want to hit the button and go) I initally phoned the customer help line but gave up after a short while as I was kept waiting so I submitted an on line query. “Transfer of domains a shambles”

I have recently transferred two domains to names.co.uk and it has not gone smoothly. For the first one the process was okay but then when it was set up it was not possible to resolve to it as the DNS was not correctly set up. I raised a ticket and tech support dealt with it pretty efficiently. Fine - mistakes can happen. “Brilliant team that are happy to help”

I've used Names for many years as a domain name registration company, but recently I've bought Office 365 for my business. Part of that purchase enables me to reroute my e-mails to Outlook and redirect my domain address. I work in IT but I don't know much about DNS and server redirections. Could not login, copied the message being displayed and sent it on a support ticket. Business E-mail where speed was of the essence, I received the advice on how to resolve it, had to Google it to discover how to actually do what was required and then had access again.
