Laptops Direct Failed to deliver twice...I was told that they had the laptop ready for delivery the next day when in fact there had never been any prospect of that happening (still it did get them a sale)

Very poor service from Laptops Direct. Its like banging your head against a wall trying to speak with customer services. On paper you get good deals but most of them come with small prints.

Terrible customer care. Laptops Direct sent a lower version of netbook ordered and made it tough to return. Very bad customer care. Laptops Direct delivered wrong items and didnt seem to care very much.
I wouldnt recomment to family or friends after a very non-personnal after care.
Importantly, a product is only a bargain price if you get what you paid for, which I did not!

I ordered a laptop from Laptops Direct at one price and received an order confirmation stating the purchase price. Then I received an email saying it's now not available - call us......after calling them they said it would cost a lot more due to an error!
