Quality of food was atrocious. It like we were eating lard and very oily food. Everything was fried or over cooked. Meat want fresh and tasted like it was cooked yesterday and re heated. I guarantee you if Gordon Ramsey walked into this pls r hr would have fired the chef and revamped process and quality of food. This is c grade take away food disguised as restaurant food. I flew interstate to spend time with my family and we wanted a casual local hi they are meal... My mother threw up in the… Read Full Review

TGI fridays is overpriced for poor quality of food. Overall service was okay we were attened to quickly but this was no surprise as it was during the middle of the week-Tuesday night in Nottingham. However the food was very salty, in fact probably too salty for consumption and wasnt very warm… Read Full Review

At TGI Friday's this evening I ordered chicken picatta pasta for $13.99. I could not believe how small the amount of chicken was, mostly pasta drowning in sauce. What a rip off! The server told me that was the usual amount of chicken and I could order an additional portion of chicken. I declined since at this point my husband was already eating his (large) burger and I didn't think I should have to pay for more chicken. The manager came over to hear what my problem was and I told him that I… Read Full Review

Cribbs TGI Fridays awful!! No one to greet us, No one in site in fact & then eventually got sat down & no one came to take our order. We were sat close to the bar, where suddenly four people were laughing and joking behind.. we went up to place our order. we don't mind but it was a quiet Wednesday afternoon. I ordered a milkshake, it tasted like powder, although to say the food was good. We waited for them to come & clear our plates & order desert, they never did so we decided to leave!! Went to Bluewater today and thought we would have TGI fridays,, was given a hand held devise to alert us when a table was ready, was told to go to the bar and have a drink while we wait, I ordered 3 cokes and a diet coke, the barman filled each glass to the top with ice and put drinks in from a pump machine, handed me the drinks and said £9.60, for four glasses of ice with a splash of coke, he must have seen me coming, I wont be going back there its a complete rip off. I reckon there was… Read Full Review

On Saturday we visited this restaurant, myself, husband and 19yr old grandson. We had had great experiences at TGIs in the past and thought it would be nice to re-visit, we were wrong. We waited 25 minutes for a table, then another 20 for our food. When it arrived the burgers and chips were cold, they were re-placed quickly by hot ones but the burger buns had just been defrosted and were cold, chips were dry and withered. The burgers were tasteless and gave us bad indigestion, however the ribs… Read Full Review

Went there yesterday for mothers day.
It was vile. I'm not a fussy eater but the steak was very seriously overseasoned, the fries were ok I'm sure someone had an accident with the salt in the kitchen regarding my steak, My husband had literally 1/4 head of lettuce, not shredded just a massive chunk, this aparrently was the side salad, the lettuce had some disgusting dressing on it . My prawns were cold and tasted funny, not off just very bland.
However my starter of mushrooms were good, not… Read Full Review

Very disappointed that TGI Fridays Cardiff St Davids 2 and several other branches of TGI Fridays do not take bookings on a Fri or Sat even if you are willing to pay a deposit. We took my 12 year old son and some friends there for his Birthday and we had to wait 45 minutes for a table. Trying to entertain a group of 11 and 12 year old boys is not easy and we couldn't sit down but had to hold a Birthday cake presents, balloons etc. Because we had estimated the time we would finish eating and… Read Full Review

I have eaten at Thurrock Lakeside TGI fridays many times before. But I think they have changed all staff. I took my wife for her 25th birthday. Service was poor when her starter coming out 15 mins before my own, this was ok we are quite understanding but when the mains 1x ribeye & 1x NY strip come out they were cooked incorrectly we asked for Rare and got well done. Asked for correct steaks as asked spoke with the manager to confirm. When the bill came out we were charged for 4 meals not two… Read Full Review

Went to the O2 TGI Fridays for a friends birthday. The service was excellent. Our waiter was called Tom. He was very polite, warm, friendly and very attentative to our needs. He came and sat down at our table and sang happy birthday solo. I ordered sirloin steak medium rare. However, it was a bit overdone. Tom could not apologize enough and ordered a new one immediately. We had a lot of fun and the next time we go we will deffo be asking for Tom to be our waiter… Read Full Review

Waited at reception for 10 mins phone ringing not answered , sat down waited ages for food but the food was fine, 3 different servers , when the main course arrived they hadnt even cleared away plates from starters, toilets a disgrace , bad impression about the whole place. T.G.I. Friday's: confusing name, great chill vibe.
I would like to write about my Thank God It's Friday's experience this Friday...or should I say Thank God It's Fridays' experience, as the first Friday's I attempted to eat at was closed for renovation. My complements on on Fridays' excellent choice in decor, which is perfected realized in each individual Friday's, as Fridays' generally chill and optimistic vibe makes me look forward to the end of each week, when finally, after another… Read Full Review

We went here purely as we had been given a free voucher through work, I didn't expect a lot and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a shrimp salad, it looked very healthy and tasty, however the shrimps were icy cold, I would have expected them to be hot as they were on a kebab stick, the salad was okay but far too much lettuce. My husband had a burger and chips they were like cardboard and the burger was quite greasy, my daughter had nachos and onion rings again underwhelming and quite heavy and… Read Full Review

i resturant ownercame on saturday the 28th august for breakfast with my son and daughter in law i have never been before but i was rather digusted at the teapots and the milk jugs and cups my son had to send his cup back as it was dirty and the teapots were all stained inside and the milk jug handles inside were all stained so the cleaness to the table does not seem to mater but to me it does as i am a retired owner and if this was my staff not checking the cleaness of the crokery to the table… Read Full Review
