My family of four today went to York St Sampsons square, as we used a voucher for 25% off. One staff member was amazing, nothing was to much trouble we weren't rushed, he took our order very politely, he was serving about three tables at one time easily. He got a wasp out of the restaurant without any trouble that was bothering a couple in the window and no he didn't kill it! He is an assest to your company and made our visit very enjoyable. 

firstly we felt rushed as soon as we sat down we were pestered for what we wanted, we stated we wanted to use the £9.95 offer and they agreed but failed too discount this from the bill, we didn't notice until we left.We felt rushed out the food was okay but the customer service was rushed, when we finished our starter our plate was taken from us straight away without being asked of it was okay and we weren't checked up on during our main, there was no customer interaction, and when finished mains we were asked if we wanted the bill, not desertes or coffee. no offer of additional drinks either. It was a shame as it was my boyfriends first visit... trying to show him the world of italian .what a let down

i went with my familt to pizza express in macclesfield and it was fantastic,the chef was great he made us exactly waht we ordered and it was the best,usually i go to wilmslow pizza expres and found it very disapointing ,we had over done pizza rock hard garlic bread and a very basic salad and as it was my nieces birthday we were very dissapointed.

I was very disappointed with the service and food from The Pizza Express in Liverpool ordered 3 pizzas and garlic bread revert pizza was burnt all pizzas my children can cook a better pizza.very pricey too, our pizzas were plonked onto the table by a waitress also they didn't give us a pizza cutter and had to ask for one waited five minutes and it was dirty with onions on it, we came out of there disappointed and hungry never again think its Pizza hut from now on.

We had a Tesco voucher for Pizza Express which should have been accepted as part payment. Showed it to waiter/manager when sat down and told it was OK. After ordering from the set menu and eating, then waiting get told it's not accepted at till as deals have changed, even though coupon was in date. Very awkward and spoiled our meal that had to pay full price for and ruined day out. Would not have ordered the food had we known or been told up front. The customer service is awful - avoid!

Over priced, nasty pizzas. Very disappointed. We went for lunch for a family of 5. My boys ordered off the kids menu we had two drinks each. (Not alcohol) it was £109. My daughter ordered spag Bol it was a mushy mess she didn't eat it. I had the calzone and there was a lot of dough with very little filling, my husbands pizza was ok. My youngest son was most upset because there was no ketchup! I mean what type of restraint any that has a child's menu doesn't have ketchup it this day and age! We won't bother going again.

I pre booked a table for my husband myself and four of our teen age grandchildren We arrived on time at 8.30 The starters came out at different times We then waited ages for the main my husbands meal was a good five minutes later than the rest of ours We said we we would like desert the waitress went off and we saw her doing other duties and we waited a bit longer befor beckoning her again By this time it was after 10.30 Two of the kids decided a near by ice cream parlour would be a better idea We finally got desert for the other two They ate theirs and we left The place was not busy So I could not understand the lack of service Food was overpriced Not the relaxing treat I had in mind

Only 5 minutes wait to be seated, staff pleasant enough,ordered 3 pizza's &1 lot of chips OMG 45 mins later we got them,staff were run off their feet but we had no update and 45 minutes then another 5 for a portion of chips is too much. We got 8 chips for £4. Hardly any cheese on pizza, very noisy lots of young children. Never again Pizza Express.

I am not disappointed with the experience at the Pizza Express Metro Centre Gateshead. The staff are friendly, attentive and the food is consistently good and there are always plenty of discount codes or special offers available. Highly recommend the Leggerra pizzas.

Visited the pizza express Chelmsford. food was fine and staff extremely attentive but our party of 4 were disappointed with cleanliness of the restaurant Our table was covered in a film of grit and dust! Two glasses had lipstick on rims, one water glass chipped on lip. And the toilets were disgusting! I know its the lazy customer that leaves the mess but still need to be kept hygienic and checked regularly. After all dirt, germs and lack of cleanliness leads to bugs/sickness in a restaurant. We won't be going back as not up to standard expect from pizza express!

Omg, I am so sick, I have eaten a meal at Pizza Express Watford. I had the Superfood Salad with dough sticks, and after that ordered their "new recipe" tiramisu dessert. I was halfway through eating it when I found a HUGE DEAD FLY in the middle!!! It was about to be in the next spoonful I was going to eat!!! They insisted they didn't make the desserts there and had bought them from somewhere else. They said they would offer a refund for it, but not the salad or coffee I had. I refused this offer as I was feeling sick, and as I have returned home I have been throwing up. I feel sick, and, shaken up. Please avoid this restaurant as they have flies around the restaurant tables everywhere!! It's vile and disgusting and there are so many families eating here with young children, when this restaurant is unhealthy and should be avoided. The only reason I have given this restaurant 1* is because I couldn't have rated it nothing. This restaurant is a health hazard. AVOID at all costs.

We had a brilliant time, they had a lively atmosphere with wonderful entertainment and delicious food
