Nike Air Zoom Total 90 III are a nice looking boot, great for driven shots/passes or volleys, but other than that seriously flawed stud design and often painful to wear, can take forever to get used to the heel cutting into your ankle as well.

I think these Total 90iii Air Zoom football boots are a reasonable buy.I think that because of they are stylish,comfortable,strong and affordable.But there are bad things about these boots as most things do,like there is no tongue to cover the laces.

Overall the Nike Air Zoom Total 90 III were an excellent buy. They are strong, fairly lightweight and some of the colour combinations are superb.

Nike Air Zoom Total 90 III are a nice looking strong boot ideal for a defender or midfielder. Some people may get on with them, where others won't!
