I've been a Dataflame customer for many years now and today I decided my domains required Whois privacy. Dataflame charge £15 + vat per domain which is cost prohibitive for multiple domains, so I made the hard choice to find a new registrar who offered free Whois privacy. I then logged into my Dataflame client area to unlock my domains for transfer but couldn't see a way to do that. I use Dataflame to host my websites and the after care support is fantastic. A good example is today DS Jane was very friendly and quick and gave me clear explanations on how to cancel a domain I owned. She even offered to remove it for me as I was not sure how to do it myself. They go beyond what you need to make sure all your issues are resolved and if you are unable to complete the task they will do it for you.
