I've been using Dataflame for over 7 years. The service is great; price point is competitive but the real beauty of Dataflame is the 24/7 online support. The support is very responsive & provided you are patient, they will address a lot of problems you may have, even on the low cost shared servers. You also have a lot more freedom on their shared servers to adjust various settings (such as PHP, MX records etc) and if you cannot do it yourself, you can ask online support. Generally, the dataflame service runs just fine with no problems. But when there are problems (some of which are down to the user i.e. me!) the technical support guys are very efficient and very helpful in sorting things out. Before purchasing hosting services I did some research. I also used the online chat with Dataflame to ask a few preliminary questions and received very helpful answers immediately. I used the live chat function of Data Flame having yesterday purchased a domain name and hosting. I know a bit about computers but by no means am i technical. I input all the settings via the outline suggested by them for pop3 and smtp. Contacted DATAFLAME on another subject, resolved that issue and then advised of problem I was having with Microsoft support, microsoft were stumpted about why my emails would not send from microsoft mail in windows 8 . Microsoft wanted me to reinstall windows 8 such that I would lose all installed programmes. Microsoft suggestion to resolve was unacceptable. Lately we moved our mail boxes to an external exchange account and had problems using the PHP form mail from DF hosted pages. “Dataflame Review - Good at Solving Issues when they happen”

I've used Dataflame for 6 years and found them to be reliable and prompt when issues arise. Most issues I've had have been resolved within an hour or two. There are a few niggles I'd mention; particularly with regard to information provided; when I have had issues they have typically just fixed them (great!) but not explained what was wrong or how I could avoid such issues in future.
