“Sites nd IP blocked for all my sites”

My sites are constantly down. Locally I cannot see them. For some reason my IP is blocked, maybe because my reseller account was recently moved witout me knowing and my URL login was different. Very annoying. But 45 mins on to support and we eventually got my websites up and running and all my emails working. Such a pain to keep having to do this. But support good and helpful, patient and friendly. Just loosing confidence in the servers securities and keeping my sites up and running… Read Full Review

“Crashed website fixed in 10 minutes”

My website crashed and all I had on screen was a 'Fatal Error' message. I chatted on-line with the support guys using live chat and then emailed the support team. I had a response within 10 minutes stating that the issue was cleared and that they had moved my site to a new server plus installed some patches to make things work. I've had my websites hosted with Dataflame for a couple of years now; I'm not a technical person so find the jargon stuff confusing. Dataflame staff always go out of their way to help me. Even today, I'd had a wordpress hack and had to do some security updates that baffled me. I have to say how impressed I have been with Dataflame. Most of all is the support. Each time I have had a issue (which is not very often) the guys at Dataflame are always there and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Today I had a error message with one of my Wordpress templates and within 5 minutes the problem was fixed. None of this well it's Wordpress so we can't help you. Been with Dataflame for over 6 years now, so clearly I'm happy with the service. Over that time I've seen only one hoster related outage, which lasted just a couple of hours, where their support team sorted pretty quickly. Support are mainly based via online chat, and resolve most of my issues, if not its moved to email support. I have been using dataflame for a few years for a range of websites and services. They offer industry standard software, friednly prices and good support. The online helpline may be slow sometimes but it is reasonable value. The email support is again reasonably fast with a response of a couple of hours.
