I opted for an unmanaged VPS and although we have had a few problems, they have been sorted out in a timely manner. I came to Dataflame from an ISP who's customer service had fallen off the radar and it was such a relief to find a company who actually cared. When I purchased my 10Gb VPS, I wish I had been told that useable space is nowhere near that figure. When I total up the space I have used it comes to 1.3Gb but my 9.9Gb server is over 85% full. Extremely disappointed with the hosting service, site has been up and down like a yo-yo. Unable to login to the plesk control panel on several occasions. Asked for complaint departments contact details and was fobbed off with having to email the same support team I wanted to complain about. Service poor, support poor.
