Technical support is just amazing on Dataflame whenever I encounter a problem on our domain control panel. The support and the detailed assistance I receive makes my entire experience as user friendly as it can be. Contacted DATAFLAME on another subject, resolved that issue and then advised of problem I was having with Microsoft support, microsoft were stumpted about why my emails would not send from microsoft mail in windows 8 . Microsoft wanted me to reinstall windows 8 such that I would lose all installed programmes. Microsoft suggestion to resolve was unacceptable. “Problem with an add on domain”

I was having problems with one of my add on domains which kept going to my main site rather than the add on one. The Dataflame techicians soon sorted it out with a couple of emails and it now works fine. We have generally always received good and prompt support from dataflame support team via the ticketing system. Lately we moved our mail boxes to an external exchange account and had problems using the PHP form mail from DF hosted pages. “Dataflame Review - Good at Solving Issues when they happen”

I've used Dataflame for 6 years and found them to be reliable and prompt when issues arise. Most issues I've had have been resolved within an hour or two. There are a few niggles I'd mention; particularly with regard to information provided; when I have had issues they have typically just fixed them (great!) but not explained what was wrong or how I could avoid such issues in future.
