I've been with Dataflame for years for my personal web hosting. I don't do much with the site, it's more for playing around with web technologies than anything else, but they offer a great package that makes it easy to get new software up and running. The real reason I've stuck with them and never thought about leaving is the service they offer on the odd occasion that I have needed their support department. After a problem with a site that I manage I contacted Dataflame technical support at 11:30 (local time) on a Saturday evening. The next morning I had received an email back to say that the problem had been resolved. On checking it was all back up. I really was not expecting to get the problem fixed until after the weeekend (especially because of the time difference) and was pleasantly surprised at the speedy resolution of this problem. I've been with Dataflame for more than 5 years now, I have from them 2 accounts with different plans, honestly speaking, this is one of the best support and helpful guys you might find online these days, usually take less than 24 hours to response and to finish your issue, and in rare cases takes 48 hours but they only inform you when it is perfectly done. What I like most about Dataflame is their helpful and patient attitude. My first experience of computing was a trainee programmer in the 1960's. “THese guys always get you the right answer!”

I had issues making a new connection into my SQL database that is built into my site. They had assessed the issue and sent me the resolve within half an hour, amazing seeing as I was really in need of the answer quickly because it was holding me back from completing a clients work. I am a complete novice and have been able to set up a web site with links and email addresses pretty easily. Data Flame provide a free Site Builder which is pretty bullet proof. Only problem is that I tend to neglect it and when I head back to edit things I can't remember what to do or the links aren't working however the support is always fantastic.
