I bought one of these Microsoft Trackball Optical PS2/USB Computer Mouses because a friend had lent me his for a while and I found it really comfortable and natural. Mice were giving me weirds aches and pains in my hands and I was looking for an alternative.

The microsoft optical trackball mouse is designed ergonomically really well, I have never used a mouse more comfortable than this before.
