    I have had my GHD's for over a year and find them to be the best. Unfortunately when I used them on Friday they decided to blow up on me, they started sparking at the base of the handle! So beware when using!

    I bought a pair of ghd's a few weeks ago and whilst they do give me instantly straight hair, I soon found that they made my hair very very dry, especially towards the ends. I also suffered from split ends which is something I've never really had before.

    I got GHD for xmas and to be honest - my other straighteners were far better. GHD is overrated. They heat up very fast and are VERY hot! They do a very good job - but its the same as most other ceramic straightners.

    i'm getting ghds for christmas as i have heard that they are really good and better than any other straighteners you can buy in the shops. i know someone who has very curly hair and in minutes she has poker straight hair. i can't wait to get mine!

    I think they are good coz they staighten my hair and it is well curly and frizzy. innit man. i have respect 4 them as they are well quick and get hot well fast. respect 2 the makers of them man.

    I have bought 2 of these GHD Professional Ceramic Straighteners and both have had the problem that was on Watchdog, on the BBC.
