    I ordered from Epc Buyer because the price was right. MISTAKE!!! They took my money, accepted the order, then I heard nothing. I emailed, but they didn't respond. I phoned, but nobody answered.     I placed an order with EPCbuyer on 25th May. They took the money from my credit card immediately, processed the order and said they would email when it had been dispatched.     EPC Buyer took my money instantly. I have received no goods after 6 Weeks, and no e-mails telling me if the item was in stock or not. Getting in touch is impossible by e-mail, and staff are very unhelpful. A complete waste of my time.

    EPCbuyer make you believe the goods you order are in stock when they take their money from your account. You then get a please reorder item and pay again because it is not in stock. Then you are given the run around by them, and they don't answer emails or phone calls. They do no favours for the goo ...

    Don't do it!, EPC Buyer will be the worst experience of your life. You will also waste your money.No one answers the telephones, no reply to emails, items never in stock (don't trust the website information). Still waiting for delivery.

    EPC Buyer took the cash on day one, and after three weeks of waiting I asked for my money back. Six weeks from day one and I have just sent my 11th email to them.

    And if this site or any other public spirited individuals who read this can join in complaining to Froogle and the other shopping comparison sites which are forwarding customers to them due to their 'cheap' offered - but not delivered prices - ...

    Unfortunately, I placed an order with EPCBuyer prior to finding the Review Centre web site. I placed the order and paid for express delivery. The money was taken from my account almost immediately, yet to date, nothing has been delivered.
