E PC Buyer promise a 3 - 10 day delivery, but after 35 days I am still waiting for a working PC to be delivered, and they never respond to emails or telephone calls! if you do receive the product you have ordered, you may have to send it back.

I placed an order with E PC Buyer four weeks ago, still waiting for the goods. No one answers the phone and they don't reply to emails, even though they are still sending me spam. Do not order from them. I am currently contacting protx and their ISP to see if they are still trading.

If only I had read the reviews about E PC Buyer on the Review Centre site BEFORE ordering. I ordered three weeks ago, and the money was debited on the same day. I received no delivery. I have emailed 5 times, but I've had no reply from them. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company.

E PC Buyer had fast delivery but non existent after sales support. Rarely answers the phone, does not send returns numbers when requested and does not ring back when they say they will.

This is the sort of company which gets on line trading a bad name.

I ordered a single item from EPC Buyer weeks ago, and I am still waiting for it! I have called their telephone numbers (provided by their website) but no one ever answered. I have emailed lots of times, and I have never received a single response from any of the addresses on their website.

This is the first and last time I will deal with E PC Buyer. They are awful all around. I ordered a Behringer BCR2000. It took 8 days to get to me. When I tried it out, it was faulty. I rang up customer service but had to wait forever. I asked to speak to a manager and asked her for a returns number ...

DON'T DO IT - YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I have ordered twice from E PC Buyer. On the first order, they charged my card twice and took forever to refund it despite constant nagging from me.
On the second order both items were showing as in stock, but nothing arrived after 10 days and yet they still bill ...
