Customers services is unhelpful and promises to call back and never does. They also put you on hold after its just took you 20 minutes in a Que after a maze of telephone options to get through. I finally got a refund of £50 of my A/C and a Mac Code after 59 A4 pages of email (I have them all printed out) and approx 40 hours on the phone finally went to Ofcom and then they decided to speak to me.

No problems with the Broadband service from BT at all, they have just offered me a new deal for the next 12 months, saving £3 per month. It does seem to be more expensive than other providers, but sometimes you get what you pay for!

Save yourself a headache...steer clear of BT Broadband...I was option 3 on a supposed 6.5 meg connection according to the tech team...in actual fact my true speed was 112 kbps..screen shots to prove it also but they did not what to know. They finally transferred me back to UK tech support with a PI ...
