“flight delay”

We were sent off the plane due to bad weather condition at destination. We need to make connection so went to the customer service, then were told there was nothing AA could do since it was weather condition. So why did they let us know before sending us to the customer service. “Worst Airline in America”

I arrived at LAX at 6:55am this morning for an 8am flight. I had checked in the night before, wasn’t checking bags, and had hoped to complete the historically simple task of printing my boarding pass at the airport. “Homeless in paradise”

“This was the worst flight experience ever. ”

My flight was delayed two hours because the crew had not arrived at the airport. The plane was there sitting for two hours with no one aboard or checking the plane. Once we boarded they discover the toilet is broken. The maintenance techs were on the plane 3 times. The pilot announces that he recommended that they switched planes but it wasn't his decision but sone guy in the basement in Dalaas who decides to cancel the flight. “Never again ever!”

Spent the night in the airport chairs thanks to their incompetence. Weather delays are one thing, but when they keep pushing your flight back a half hour at a time due to being short a flight attendant and lie to you about it it's another. “Not perfect,”

Flown over 2 million miles with American. Most flights have gone without a hitch always beware of changing your flight as it may cost a fortune - $150 plus whatever the cost is the day you make the change. The best mileage redemption program of any US airline. Many planes are past their prime. I have met disinterested flight attendants and gate attendants. “Takes Care of Handicaped”

“Do not Fly AA”

Stay away from them. AA has the worst service I've ever experienced. I booked several trips with them and events happened that caused me to shift 3 flights, two of them with AA. I booked each round trip flight for roughly $180. To change one flight, they wanted to charge me $250 in addition to my $180 between the same locations. It was less expensive to book a new flight ($101.) I then canceled my flight ($180) and recieved a credit for $30. (canceling costs $150). Mind you this is over three… Read Full Review

“Dsyfunctional consumer experience”

One of the worst airlines travelled in the past 20yrs. This is one airline who have seem to have insisted that ´consumer is not at the centre of our organisation'. Completely disconnected staff (most of whom were working towards their retirement funds than trying to excel at what they are doing) , and most of all depleting aircrafts. If you think you find a deal with American Airline prices, think again. You might as well figure in the cost of new luggage into your trip expense. We fly very often but this was our first experience with American. We used our same quality bag that has made it literally around the world without a scratch. On our trip to our destination the bag came back with large tears and scuffs on all four corners. Oppression I was flying from New York (La Guardia) to Detroit, as I walked in the plane I was asked to leave my carry-on luggage outside, once I got to my seat I noticed there was plenty of room to fit my bag and others, so I asked the flight attendant if I could do so, without acknowledging my presence he said no turning his head! “Dissapointing”

I travelled from UK to US with AA. It was a terrible experience from star to finish. It is unacceptable to not have a decent booking system, allow seats to be double booked and have people wait until you find volunteers to give up their seats. People may have arranged flight connections or simply planned their time based on the booked seat, this is total lack of respect! I am a PhD student who has been flying around the country for the month of January. I had a round trip ticket to Florida, but could not make the first leg of my trip because I had a new scheduled interview in another state. “You complete airline sucks”
