Flight from Miami to Seattle thru Dallas delayed more than 5 hours. Missed our connection on Dallas. American Airlines gave us a voucher for overnight stay at motel 8. Bed full of bedbugs. Requested a diner voucher and they had to get the approval of a supervisor. Horrible customer care!

After checking that I did not have to pre-register for the 40min stop over in Miami, I was told there would be no problem.
