I made a 30+ hour flight in Business, last leg was AA, follwed by an onward leg on AA about 15 hours later. Luggage si not aririve. This can happen. Has happened to me on various Asian airlines in the past, handling is always correct and quick. Not here. The CS rep at luggage service handles customers while handling chewing gum, with a totally disinterested attitude. Worse. could not operate the system. “WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!”

Without a doubt..The WORST airlines I have ever been on. ZERO customer service in the Dallas branch. Traveling from Miami to Seattle..due to whatever "reason" we were delayed for numerous reasons... maintenance issues, changing planes. Arriving after 10:30pm. Standing at the desks looking for guidance, the agents were annoyed that a plane full of people were keeping them after their work hours. Seriously the better business bureau needs to be contacted about American Airlines and the incredibly poor service they provide. Some of their activity borders on illegal. “Horrible customer service and flight schedules”

To start off my week of woe with AA/US Airways, I was delayed out of DFW. They said that it was an unfortunate situation. Similar to a one off....ok, so 2 1/2 hours late. “Late & Lost”

It's unfortunate the experience I had with this airline. Not only was it apparent that the staff didn't like their job but it was made very clear that the airline itself lacked the ability to BE an airline. My flight was delayed and usually this is some what understandable. But when they give you a time that does not add up to the front desk information, now that, that is a HUGE issue. “Late,late,no luggage”

American Airlines is the worst airlines. On the way to our destination both of our flights were delayed for stupid reasons or so that's what we were informed of and also on the way home from our trip. I was told by another person not to fly american because they suck buy I didn't listen and got screwed. To top things off we did not receive our luggage. I hate it when my work books me with American Air. I can never get a straight answer to anything. All the employees say is to go to the website and refuse to help with even the simplest task. They are lazy and don't want to do anything. It's not even worth attempting to call someone to get help because you will never get through. Horrible airline! Will never fly with them again. I had a direct flight from Memphis to Miami and by bags were sent to Dallas. I've been waiting over 24 hours for them to notify me if they actually have my bag and if it is being delivered to my location. Out of desperation had to book a last minute flight that included not only AA but even worse US Air connection ... What a nightmare and " poop" sandwich.... On November 22, my wife and I flew from Houston to Roatan, Honduras, with a one hour layover in Miami, Florida. When we arrived in Roatan, our luggage wasn't on the plane. We are both scuba divers and these were our dive bags, so we were pretty much at a loss. We also noticed other passengers from Miami, to Roatan had their bags lost, too. “Flying isn't what it used to be”

This is my second flight on American. Round trip from Atlanta to Chicago O'hare. Out of Atlanta my flight was delayed twice for "maintenance", an hour and half. Now I'm at O'hare and this first delay is an hour. When I was checking my bag, the counter agent near me me said the F word loud enough for me to hear 7 feet away. “Unaccompanied Minors”

AA has no system in place for handling unaccompanied minors. They charge $150 plus tax for a non existent service (up 50% from $100 less 9 months earlier). If your child needs to get to a connecting flight, he or she will either be passed off to several angry employees in an attempt to transfer this responsibility or will be completely ignored and left to his or her own devices for making the connecting flight. “Bad flight attendant ”

Sometime last year I had a tough day at the hospital with my disabled son we flew home. My son was a little grumpy on the plane and I tried what I could to calm him down. “Mother with Baby”

“Stewardess accused me of cursing then threw me off the...”
