Just posted this to the American Airlines page. I am sure it Wil be deleted. Just spent, and this is EXACT, 2:47:54 on the phone with you to change an existing reservation by four days. Had to talk to four different people. You were trying to charge $3,000 MORE than the on line price. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service from American Airlines. I booked through Orbitz and booked my flight with this company. Unfortunately, I received an unexpected job offer and I had to change my flight. If you plan to fly AA, you'd better pray hard for nothing bad happening to you. Once you make complaints to them, you'll be more irritated by their responses. They never try to admit their mistakes and improve their customer service. I bought airline tickets for me and my wife and 3 hours later I realized I purchased the wrong date I called the customer service department and told them I would like a refund and was then given bad service telling me i should have purchased refundable tickets when I told her I dont travel often she told me I was stupid for buying anything non-refundable and i should call my bank that was the only way I was gonna get anything! “There are badly attendants (specially old American...”

This is outrageous. You should make complaints to AA. But it's very possible that they won't give you a satisfying apology since they're unprofessional in customer service.

“Never on Time!”

I have taken AA four times in five months and out of eight hoardings, they have only been on time once. It is absolutely ridiculous what a crappy experience they always provide. I truly have nothing good to say. I only continue to travel with them because they happen to have the lowest price and my company has to pay. “Delay caused me to miss my connecting flight”

Plane was delayed for 45 minutes waiting on ONE person to board causing me to be late for my connecting flight that left early. How do I know we waited on just one woman? The staff told us. “Crappiest Airline on the Planet”

This airline not only cancelled my flight out from Denver to Austin but also cancelled it on the flight back from Austin at midnight the day of travel. I went to the ticket counter an the lady helping people was the rudest person to ever work in customer service. Not only did they stick me on a BS flight going all the way to LA but my travel time went from about 6 hours to 12 hours. “Worst airline ”

All 3 of my trips on American Airlines have been very poor experiences. This is in sharp contrast with good experiences on other airlines. American Airlines has been a series of cancelled flights, late flights, missed connections, and sub par customer service. Today we sat on the airfield for 2 hours after landing only to be further delayed because the pilot crashed into the boarding gate causing damage to the engine. “Don't Bother With Reward Miles”

We just booked a trip from San Francisco to NYC using reward miles...what kind of reward miles costs you $450 in extra fees to deposit points into your account and purchase miles? $70 alone in processing fees? $200 to transfer points? “Maui to Dallas Fort Worth Flight 6 12/26”

American Airlines you never fail to be the worst airline out there. On this particular flight the plane was filthy and your jolly holly 3 grinches for attendants just couldn't seem to make it out of their own seats. “put them out of business”

Booked our flights on American Airlines back in Oct. 26th. Tickets were paid for. Got the email to go and print boarding passes on the 9th of December. Wouldn't let us do it. Said the reservation was cancelled. Email said we still had the reservation and show up at the airport. We called customer service and was told that flight was simply cancelled. period. “the worst airline to fly in US”

Flight 1686 12/7/2013 my disabled 86 year old mother arrived in St Louis at 1020pm and she was the last passenger in the aircraft waiting for someone to help her with her carry on luggage and assist her out of the aircraft. There was no airline staff on duty who cared about her needs. Her personal wheelchair was not even with her when she stepped out of the aircraft. “American Business Class Miami Barcelona Dissapointment”
