I will never fly with American Airlines again. It took me 10 hours to get from Houston to NYC and vice versa. My worst flight experience ever!

I would never travel with American Airlines again. Found some cabin staff to be rude and unhelpful. They also seemed to be overweight, looking well over 60 and unfit (not very reassuring to me in case of an emergency)

Entertainment options on long haul are worst I've seen and the it was the same choices flying in both directions. I flew American Airlines right at Christmas time and was amazed at how friendly the crew was, even though they would probably rather be home with loved ones. Phenomenal customer service!

The best I can say about my First Class Flight is that I got to and from Las Vegas on time and safely, and I got a free pair of ear buds (.99 cents value).
