London - Cairo - Bangkok.I travelled with Egyptair at Christmas from London to Bangkok via Cairo.When I arrived in Bangkok I waited with all the other passengers for my luggage to appear - gradually the crowd thinned out and the bags were all collected. In flight service is very good. You must take a baggage insurance if you ever travel by this airlines. Extremely bad at JFK airport, not a single person will answer you correctly to give basic information.

Flew to Paris via Cairo - Egypt Air lost my luggage on the way there and offered no service whatsoever during my stay in Paris.

Flew over Christmas and New Year on-route GVA-CAI-JNB in business class. Two adults and a 3-month old baby.

My first flight was superb, only myself and another couple in business class meant I had a flight attendant to myself for the whole journey. Food was very good and soft drinks a plenty. The airport service was good too, free use of the lounge at Heathrow along with quick check-in.
