I had great positive experiences with ING Direct. The phone service was excellent when I needed it. Apart from the higher interest rate, I would rate their customer service as a good one.

If you refer your friends to open an ING Direct Internet Banking account, they will get 25 bucks and you will get 10 bucks. It's just an email system from the website with easy to follow instructions that even a monkey could do.

The only good thing about ING is the high interest rate. Otherwise, it is really bad. It takes forever to sign in, and most of the time I get the error message saying the service is currently unavailable.
