Its not that customer service is bad, they are polite. the problem is, if you hickup the wrong way, they throw you on the GRILL and interogate you... My parents are in their 60s. The unique thing here is the free wire transfers using Electric Checks. No more writing checks or using Paypal to send people money or expensive wire transfers. Overall have been very pleased without any serious problems.

Overall, I am satisfied with ING Direct Internet Banking. It is VERY straight forward and easy to use. They are sticklers on security.

It is far easier to speak to someone in person than deal with their Customer Service staff. I went to the FSA who gave me a contact number for the complaints department, and I ended up back with the same unhelpful person as before.

Very happy with ING. I just wish they would offer paper checks so that I could completely switch over from my local bank. I don't use paper checks very often, but I'd like to have the option just in case.
