They have always paid out for claims I have made for my epileptic dog. He has had a lot of problems, and they have never queried any of the claims I have made. Firstly after requesting this insurance on-line I had to phone Marks & Spencer Pet Insurance after 2 weeks as there was no sign of a policy.
After attempting to create my policy 3 times they finally got all the details correct.
I have also now been charged for this policy twice ?

I have not been with Marks and Spencers long but I would like to say what a good service they provide. I've made 2 claims so far and they have paid up within about a week. I would recommend this company to anyone.

After checking rates on the internet with different companies I found Marks and Spencers provided the cheapest quality lifetime pet insurance coverage. Also for a little bit extra there is no policy excess.
