I unfortunately have claimed several times, as my Labrador has hip and elbow displasia diagnosed at 9 months old, my monthly payments were £12 in first year, the best price for cover I could find, then jumped to £22 last year which was fair enough we had claimed quite a bit, now &poun ...

I have always sent my annual payment on time but that has stopped now, i shall simply put money aside each month. I have found simply by asking the vet how long a problem is going to go on for with your pet you find out how much it is likely to cost. If its something silly like £1500- £ ...

Second year, male cat of 2-3 year old, price increase of over 25%. I phoned M&S to ask why it was increased that much and they said just because the pet was a year older - that's ridiculous. That means each year a 25% increase!!!
It turns out M&S have changed their underwriters (from AXA?) to royal ...

My first year was around £11.00 - I made one claim during that year for £150. Took a while to come through as they had lost the form. The next year went up to £16.00. There were no claims made but I have just received my renewal and it has gone up to £22!! When I phon ...

I feel, as i'm sure others will, it is a very foolish move to deny your customers the opportunity to continue to purchase an insurance cover for their pets which allows for nil excess - its what sold it to me in the first place - and for this reason i recommended you to many friends.! in the past we ...

Marks and Spencers Pet Insurance has atrocious customer service with the rep refusing to go thru my 2 policy details...saying that I should read the small print. Great help for dyslexics eh! Now that there is no 'no excess' policies, I don't know whom to contact, as I imagine that new insurers will ...

I had my dog insured with M&S for some time. I never had to claim but was very happy with the "no excess". This year not only has the price rocketed but there is also a £90 excess + 20% of the cost. I phoned them to ask about this huge change but had no satisfaction. They did offer me a cheap ...

Previously, Marks and Spencers Pet Insurance were great - but that was when they were underwritten by JLT risk management, had a NO XS policy and included £750 of accidental damage (no quibble payout when my bull mastiff ate/destroyed my washing machine!!). Does anyone know any good No Excess ...
