DO NOT USE E&L !!!!!!! i have had the misfortune to have to claim for the 2nd time before my policy could be cancelled -and was treated the same way as the 1st claim!! waited months and then got fobbed off about cheque is waiting to be sorted,and all the rest of the delaying tactics. E & L Pet Insurance should be avoided at all cost. IF you manage to speak to anyone they are dull and misinformed. Frustration upon frustration and that is just trying to make sure they have taken payment and your pets are actually insured. A previous claim took months to sort with the final paymen ...

I also have recieved a "promotional letter" from E&L stating that my Cat (with not one claim) insurance is going up from £5.42 to £7.38 per month!!!!

I have emailed them and will be cancelling my policy and giving the money to a more reputable firm like I should have done in the first ...

Echoing other reviews here- useless, don ' t answer phones, don ' t care about customers. After 5 years of paying but not claiming for my 2 parrots, I made a claim last August on one of the policies (only for £250) and finally got that paid in March this year.

E and L Pet Insurance take your money, then simply stall and stall and stall on perfectly legitimate claims. Now 4 months since mine was submitted.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
