The company only pays up to a maximum £500 per condition and then takes its excess. Not too good if your condition is in excess of this. Also I am still awaiting a cheque for the £431 when the claim form went in back in April.
Would not recomment e & L pet insurance

E = Evasive
and
L = Low pay outs
I think this sums everything up, hence will NEVER use this company again. BEWARE if you neuter your pet they deduct a further 25% from claim, deduct £69 Excess for EACH SECTION so your claim may incur more than one excess,had to pay £69 excess for vet f ...

There are 4 problems with this company:-
1) They take ages to settle a claim (3months)
2) They take ages to answer the phone or E-Mails (a week)
3) They take money by direct debit for enhancements you have not asked for
4) Their policy documents and terms & conditions are misleading ...

DONT TOUCH THEM - THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH!!!
Standard claim - dog cut leg and required surgery. Took over 3 months to receive the payment and this was only due to making weekly phone calls where I was always told that the claim had been authorised but there was ...
