    this company should never be able to sell insurance to anyone ever again! iv been insured through e&l since my puppy was born and now 4 years later without ever putting a claim in they refuse to pay out! they will undercut anyone but will no pay out when you need them and do not have your pets best ...

    E and L Pet Insurance is the worst Pet Insurance Company I have ever dealt with. I submitted a claim in July and at present am still waiting for the claim to be settled.     E and L Pet Insurance are without doubt the worse comapny currently offering horse insurance. Do NOT use these people at all.

    They have made to attempt to pay or settle my claim.

    I have just waited 31 working days (yes, 7 weeks) for E & L Pet Insurance to respond to my claim. They tell me they are rejecting the claim as my dog has previously had anti-biotics and I did not disclose this to them. Can anyone tell me whose dog hasn't had anti-biotics?

    The time for a cheque to be sent out is disgusting! Im currently on 12 weeks and still waiting. I am threatening E&L Insurance the with the Financial Ombudsman now, its that bad! They are very fast to take money but god-awful to send claim cheques out.
