E and L Pet Insurance without doubt the worst insurance company ever! They make you wait months before paying out for a claim ---- are rude on the phone and are a nightmare to deal with.The worst thing I ever did was taking out insurance with this awful company!

E and L Pet Insurance are without doubt the worse comapny currently offering horse insurance. Do NOT use these people at all.

They have made to attempt to pay or settle my claim.

I have just waited 31 working days (yes, 7 weeks) for E & L Pet Insurance to respond to my claim. They tell me they are rejecting the claim as my dog has previously had anti-biotics and I did not disclose this to them. Can anyone tell me whose dog hasn't had anti-biotics?
