7 months ago I made a claim with E and L pet insurance as my dog caught a virus and was very poorly. I am still waiting for the claim to be finalised. I would NOT recommend E&L. They told me all my paperwork had been lost in a fire, and that I had to resend everything again, delaying the claim eve ...

I made a claim with E and L Pet Insurance in October 05 and it has still not been settled!
My vet had written letter after letter and I have made hundreds of phone calls to this awful company. They are refusing to pay a claim for my bulldogs skin condition as they believe that it could be linked to ...

Having paid premiums to E and L Pet Insurance for nearly a year, I sent a claim for a straightforward vet's bill, for my dog's treatment of a very bad ear infection. Over three months on I am still waiting for settlement.
I have phoned on numerous occasions, and I have been told about the heavy wo ...

I am currently insured with E And L Pet Insurance but I'm trying to find an alternative. The problem started after about 6 months of being insured with them. They sent a later stating that the policy was being upgraded, and that this would cost a few pounds extra a month. At first I thought, okay th ...

My E and L Pet Insurance policy states you are covered for vet fees up to £3500. BE WARNED, their small print says £1000 limit on each medical condition. Our dog was involved in a road accident and vet fees came to around £4000. To E & L being run over is one "condition", no mat ...

When giving a quote, E and L stated all my criteria was fine and I could be insured. They took my money and I was covered. Wrong, I was burgled and they decided my criteria was not good enough and would not pay out. Criteria meaning type of locks on doors. It took them 5 months to tell me they were ...

There is an old saying that sums up E and L Pet Insurance quite nicely - "you get what you pay for" - in this case this is so true. I was insured with E&L for two years and never made a claim. As soon as I did claim they paid out but set a condition so that I could not claim for the same ailment aga ...

E&L Insurance. I have policies for four pets with E&L Insurance. Having gone through their claims procedure, I am cancelling every one and would not recommend them to anyone at all. They have still not paid one penny of what I believe to be a valid claim. I am forced to go down the route of the Fina ...

I have dealt with E and L Pet Insurance for some time, they will do their best to make processing claims as difficult as possible. Their latest delay policy is once liability has been accepted by them, a letter will be issued after 3-4 weeks, this is simply a statement of claim asking you to sign i ...
