I insured my dog with this company and have made two claims. It has taken an average of 5 months to get payment on both occasions, and then only after writing to complain to the Claims Manager.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS INSURER FOR YOUR PET INSURANCE. There are MUCH better deals around and you are likely to be paid quicker. Even my vet said 'my heart sank when I saw you were insured with E and L!'
