Total disgrace my pet got sick and died in early dec 07 i still have not received my cheque for the vets bill although i was told it would take 10 days after my agreement. I would never deal with this company again

I thought I was being treated unfairly by E and L Pet Insurance in not receiving settlement for a pet bill for £100+ in reasonable time. ie letter of settlement in January with no cheque to date.

That was until I read the mass of similar stories on this page.

We have been waiting since the beginning of November for our E and L Pet Insurance claim to be settled, was told in January that the claim was sorted out and we would be paid out, every time i phone up they say they have a xmas backlog,.and it will come soon.

E and L Pet Insurance did pay out in the end but half of what was expected and in the end you feel so exhausted you just cannot be bothered to fight for the rest.
