A truly excellent airline. Low cost carrier with full fare service and comfort. I have used Ryanair and Easyjet before and they are like getting on a bus. Jet2 really do have a good feeling about them, they have always been on time with 100% professional.

Jet2 staff told us we could claim all 'out of pocket' expenses except overnight accommodation when our flight from Amsterdam to Blackpool was cancelled. We had to get back to work the day after and the earliest flight was to Manchester, so we went for that one, but our car was in Blackpool. No prob ...

First time with Jet2 - very good overall. Timeliness very good (early arrivals both ways). Very easy check-in, especially at Blackpool, as it is a very small airport. Will use again.

I found the whole experience flying with jet2.com a pleasure, I had never flown with them before and it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely fly with them again. The staff were lovely and friendly.

I checked in with Jet2 and it took approximately 1 minute. There were no queues, and the personnel were very friendly. We had larger than average seats and they were very comfortable. I have flown with Jet2 since it started in 2003. I found their service to be not bad. Sometimes check-in is a pain when it's one queue for all, and because people arrive late they get called out of line to head for the front, which seems to take away the meaning of the queuing system.
