    Terrible service, always late, Jet2.com staff with poor attitude, disorganised ground staff. Despite the additional cost of the ticket i will now be taking the eurostar on my commute to Paris.

    Jet2.com were very good; they were highly skilled as we landed back at Leeds in a gale with a cross wind across the runway.     4 flights delayed on same day. Jet2 diverted us to Alicante because Murcia was closed. The hire car company charged us 50 euro s more as is normal for one way hire.

    Jet2 website states that you are allowed 22kg spaced over 3 bags, in the hold. different story when I arrived with a bag weighing 14kg and a small one , containing my toileteries, weighing 3kg, the very unhelpful 'lady' on the desk inofrmed me that only 1 bag per customer! i was given the other one ...

    I think that the Jet2 website is the worst site I've ever come across. When your enquiring about a flight, the site will not let you go back and amend your booking. Was going to book a flight with Jet2 but because website is utter rubbish then I'll take my business elsewhere.
