“Nice Cards, Flakey Website!”

Brilliant! Saturday morning 10am and I get this message "Thank you for your patience whilst we perform some essential maintenance to our site. Please try again later." What exceptional timing to do maintenance.

It's lucky these companies get VC money to survive.

And the site still does not work in Chrome browser. Unbelievable!

Yet another problem to report DoomPig! Ordered 2 cards 28th Feb. 1 to come to me and 1 to go direct to a relative for delivery 4th March. Problem: 2 Cards came to me, one of which was completely different than ordered and for someone else, and was written in Italian. The card direct to my relative of course never arrived. So 50% success rate on this order of 2 cards MoonPig. How can an automated system get this so wrong? What a shambles. I'm going to have to quit using these monkeys as I'm sick of writing these reviews/comments.

me too, 45 mins on tel to Moonpig. Flowers etc didn't arrive, another parcel for another address left in wheelybin. Disappointed valentine. Result - a refund no goodwill gesture....not using again

“Shocking service”

I ordered my valentines card on Sunday the email says it was to be dispatched on Monday when I checked online that said dispatched on Monday and yet it still hasn't turned up. This isn't the first time we have had problems with the website!! I had an email on Tuesday saying last chance for valentines cards to be delivered first class. My partner ordered some flowers and a card to arrive at my work, the card arrived 1 day early and the flowers never arrived. We have been trying to ring for the last 2 days and have been unsuccessful, the numbers charge you 10p per minute and I was on hold for 20 minutes and still did not speak with anyone! “Absolute disgraceful level of customer service”

After ordering a birthday card for a friends 30th a week in advance, I was thoroughly disappointed when it arrived with the message at the bottom chopped in half. I have been trying constantly to get in touch with them via telephone and as yet I have not spoken to an actual person - only a recorded message to say they are busy. “Lost order”

I ordered two lots of flowers, both to be delivered today and both to the same address. One lot was received but not the other. I was astounded to find out that they were sent via separate couriers, and that the missing orders has been "lost". In fact according to the courier website (Yodel) it has not even been collected yet, despite being told by your operator that this had been dispatched yesterday. How weird! I've ordered from them before without any issues- for flowers though, I do know that their delivery slot is pretty much all day, so your flowers can be delivered as late 9pm- old out- they may still come! :-)

“Flowers are in the bin!”

I ordered 24 roses from Moonpig after seeing how good they looked online, i would normally go to my local florist but i'm jam packed at work! “Terrible Customer Service at Moonpig”

On 7/2/14 I ordered a bunch of flowers and a valentines card from Mooonpig to be delivered on 14/2/14 as you would expect. When the receipt came through a matter of minutes later to my email, these items were set for delivery on 10/2/14. “Never got my card ”

My birthday was on January and my brother made me a moonpig card it said it would come in the next 3 working days and it took money off his account . So know it has been 3 days and it didn't come so then we waited more and still it didn't come and know its February the 1st and my card has still not come! Even though it said it is coming. After a long stint in hospital I was sent flowers from a family member. However I never received them as they were sent next door, since no one was home they were left outside in the rain and by the time they were found they were ruined. “Basket is broken!”

I haven't ordered since 2011 because my basket was stuck. “Dont use MOONPIG for flowers!!!”

Ordered flowers with a personalised card as an early Xmas present for my Mother. The flowers were delivered with no card so she has no idea who they were from. To add insult to injury the flowers were certainly not worth £25, I could have used a local florist at a fraction of the price. Offered a £5 discount from MOONPIG which was not acceptable Should have been entitled to a full refund.
