Very Unhappy customer!!!!!!Mothers day blunder.
We ordered flowers my my mother and mother in law. We spent near £70.00 on flowers and cards. We paid special delivery for saturday. One lots of flowers arrived which were half dead and look like they had been picked from the local park. The others didnt arrive until today (monday) even though we ordered these in plenty of time.
We have emailed moonpig and tried to call and have had no reply or nor been able to speak to any advisors.

Ordered a card and novelty mug for my elederly mum on Mothers day. The order cost me £20 and I have just called her and she has still not received her presents. Ordered a mothers day card with special delivery and the card has yet to arrive, still no response from Moonpig after three emails and a phone call. The £10+ it has cost me to order the card has been taken from my bank account very efficently though.

Have ordered 3 times from Moonpig now. 2 cards and one a card and gift. All arrived bang on time - including the Xmas one. Excellent condition.
Best part is being able to create your own card using poem etc from elsewhere.

Will never use Moonpig again. Was fobbed off by customer services saying that my cards have been sent and it is Royal Mail's fault despite sending xmas cards second class and them arriving before the first class cards sent with moonpig. The site access is rubbish. When you eventually get in and spend 10 minutes composing your card,the site crashes and you cannot use the view card! Moonpig is fantastic if you are stuck overseas and have left it too late to send a card. But oh so frustrating the website problems. Access to the actual website if variable, and when you have the funds tied up in Moonpig you want to spend them there, not go out and spend more money.

I really wanted to find somewhere to express my feelings for Moonpig.com. Although the ad's are slightly annoying they are working as I now use the site for all my cards for all occasions. They are always on time, good quality and the site is easy to use. And on most occasions cheaper than purchasing a standard card in a shop + Stamp.

I have used moonpig in the past, and thought the site was slow but now it is impossible to make a purchase or even view a card. I have tried several different machines, and different internet servers and I still cannot access it. I have ordered cards from Moonpig a good few times now. Today I received my Father's Day card for my dad (I chose for it to be posted back to me so I could write in it) and guess what? they forget to put an envelope (for the card) in the parcel!!! AND this is NOT the first time this has happened to me! Moonpig once before 'forgot' to put the cards envelope in with the parcel, so I had to give my mum a birthday card with no envelope... how unprofessional of a Card company.
