I cannot get signed on to my Blue Mountain account; I've followed their directions and still cannot access my account. I found no way to contact them now that I need help. The web site links take you around in circles. After reading others' reviews, I'm going to "TRY" to unsubscribe and call the money gone.

Nice cards. Easy to use. Great results, can even use your own photos if you like. Every aspect of the website is good except for the way they treat you when you have a problem. I had service with Blue Mountain for over 3 years and when I got my credit card statement this month they had charged me $45.98. More than 3 times my normal renewal price. It took me over three hours to finally get a human on the phone and get the problem resolved. (read more)

Blue Mountain automatically charged my account when I signed up, and I cannot contact them on their website to correct the problem as far as I am aware. Unable to make contact with company to resolve issue it seems. VERY unhelpful customer service this for me! Therefore I do not recommend BlueMountain.com. (read more)

Despite the title of their website the cards were not free. I bailed out of their membership process after giving out my email address when they asked for my credit card. They didn't even tell me how much I would be billed for!
I tried to contact them to complain but they sent the email with an invalid reply-to address and there is no contact info (address, phone number or email) on their site. (read more)

First, I had to call an 888 number to cancel. The reason likely is to make more difficult in my opinion, and I had a salesperson try to convince me not to leave.
Second, if was a a member for ONE day outside the trial period, I was charged for an entire year and it's nonrefundable. A whole year!
Notice there is no "contact" page anywhere that I can find?
The cards aren't were not that good in my opinion, and the service was the same I felt therefore I do not recommend bluemountain.com. (read more)

Blue Mountain review - I had always liked their shop bought cards and the messages and have now found that this is an easier way to find a card for just about any occasion if you forget to get to a shop and get one posted out on time. (read more)

Do not recommend Blue Mountain... very specific hours, not on Sunday although my renewal notice came on a Sunday... So I called on Monday only to be told after waiting for someone to actually answer my call for over a half an hour that the systems were down and I'd need to call later. I personally found it difficult to cancel their services and this one fits the bill so to speak to a T. Do not recommend BlueMountain.com! (read more)

Personally found it very difficult to contact them when there is a problem, no answer since invalid address, so the card does not reach the receiver on time or even after so it is very frustrating not to be able to communicate with them. And what about the money which was paid to them? Can they return it? (read more)

The return address given on the e-mails does not exist, and is well hidden by the stupid hacker trying to push out Trojan Horses to everyone who goes in to the site to see the "card" allegedly sent by a "neighbour". Keep your anti-virus up to date before you visit this site. (read more)
