There are quite a few other smaller ecards sites out there that offer a much better customer service and at a lower price than bluemountain. I have joined Jacquie Lawson's site which is great and also www.katiescards.com which has a slightly smaller selection of cards availabvle, but just as good. If you can not find the right e card on those websites why not try ojilie or some of the other ones out there?… Read Full Review

“Total scam company. I wish I could give them no stars...”

Total scam company. I wish I could give them no stars at all. I signed up for their free trial thinking it would be easy to cancel but no - there is simply no way of contacting them, phone or otherwise. I had to close my bank account to escape this scum of the earth business, and no matter how many times I report them as spammers I cannot get my email unsubscribed or stop them somehow still getting through to my inbox.

Blue Mountain e-cards is a horrible scam service. In their Terms of Agreement it states that you can cancel your membership and request a refund any time up to 30 days after your card was charged, but then they slip in this "free trial" language that says you can't get your money back after an unspecified free trial ends. Since it's never clear that you signed up for a free trial to begin with as soon as they charge your card you're stuck paying it. Don't even bother trying to call to dispute… Read Full Review

Whatever you do, don't get involved with this scam company. They have your money and no contact info. You can't even access the site once you have paid. Call your credit card company and cancel further annual payments from being stolen out of your account. All was well until I bought into the membership. After finding my "free" cards from Blue Mountain, I went to "Sign up" for the one month free membership -- HA! Then they would not let me past a certain point in the process unless I told them how to BILL me! Some "free" service. I tried to back up then and erase all my details but they had them all by then, and sent me an e-mail saying the process was interrupted -- but it was a no-reply email and so they wouldn't get my reply if I tried to tell them why I stopped signing up! Nice cards. Easy to use. Great results, can even use your own photos if you like. Every aspect of the website is good except for the way they treat you when you have a problem. I had service with Blue Mountain for over 3 years and when I got my credit card statement this month they had charged me $45.98. More than 3 times my normal renewal price. It took me over three hours to finally get a human on the phone and get the problem resolved… Read Full Review
