If I could give them zero stars I would. This membership was cancelled almost a year ago, but it's obviously still open and I'm still being charged every month. I've contacted so-called customer service at least 10 times, and have never been given one direct phone number and email address of a higher level person who will both stop the charges and reverse the past, illegal charges back to me. If I could give them negative stars I would. I tried a 7 day free trial, which promised that if I cancelled within the 7 day period there would be no charge to my account. I cancelled within the 7 day period- they make you call an 800 number to do so - and got the confirmation, and yet I was charged $3.99 for the month. I can not get them to refund the charge. [I detested even giving it one star.] I tried to get rid of this 'membership' for years! Truly. Even canceled my credit card but a new charge appeared on my new card! Sounds a little invasive and fraudulent, if you ask me. Let me make a very long story, short. This is one heck of a scam. There is no hope of finding a human being when you call their toll free number. The online help is non-existant. Cancellation is not possible. I've tried to change my email address & it won't let me. Finally got a real person & was assured it was changed & that was a month ago, not changed. Can't find a phone number, emailed customer service 3 times, no answer & since I inactivated old email address can't even use that to get into my account. Just like everyone else says, this is a complete scam. The first warning is how it says on the site that you MUST call to cancel your membership for "security reasons." It's impossible to get through to the right person to cancel your account, they will jerk you around, hang up on you, cut you off, ANYTHING to prevent you from canceling your membership and continue to charge you for it. The style and quality of the ecards available on bluemountan.com are variable and range from very good to quite dreadful. But you can not knock the massive range they offer. Its a shame that their customer service is so poor. I am also a member of a website called www.katiescards.com who offer a small range of high quality ecards, but they could not be more helpful if you have a problem. If you like sending ecards it is worth giving theirs a look.

At present, I am so mad at BlueMountain I wouldn't recommend them to a flea! I want to cancel the Create & Print portion of my membership as I never use it; tried to do it on line & they said I had to go to 1-888-254-1450; that number keeps telling me to go on line -- what a bunch of nonsense!!!!! Ditto. They do everything possible to keep you from canceling.
I've called six times over the past two days. Their menu option is long and annoying and since you can't answer by pressing buttons, it doesn't always hear what you said correctly, and then you go back to the start. ARGHH. I signed up for BlueMountain.com's free trial offer then cancelled after 5 days of my 15-day offer. I followed the necessary links to cancel and submitted my information. After 20 days, I was STILL charged the annual fee of $15.99. DO NOT use this website and DO NOT sign up for a free trial unless you plan on paying the annual membership fee.
