This is one heck of a scam. There is no hope of finding a human being when you call their toll free number. The online help is non-existant. Cancellation is not possible. Their robot tells me I've cancelled yet I'm being billed -- One has to dispute with the credit card company - It appears they are in Ohio - perhaps a letter to the attorney general - and better business bureau - They certainly need a lesson in customer service. I've tried to change my email address & it won't let me. Finally got a real person & was assured it was changed & that was a month ago, not changed. Can't find a phone number, emailed customer service 3 times, no answer & since I inactivated old email address can't even use that to get into my account. Will be interested to see if they try to charge me with another year. (read more)

Just like everyone else says, this is a complete scam. The first warning is how it says on the site that you MUST call to cancel your membership for "security reasons." It's impossible to get through to the right person to cancel your account, they will jerk you around, hang up on you, cut you off, ANYTHING to prevent you from canceling your membership and continue to charge you for it. The best thing to do is just call your bank and report it as a fraudulent charge. (read more)

These are terrible people. This is a scam business. It's probably some low life living in his/her cellar with their greasy slicked back hair stealing peoples money. This must be the only way to make a buck nowadays. Maybe I should get in this business. I'd like to be able to get millions of dollars sent to me so that I could have other people pay my bills for me and get a free ride through life. There's no way to stop them, either. The police don't close them down. DO NOT APPLY FOR... (read more)

The style and quality of the ecards available on bluemountan.com are variable and range from very good to quite dreadful. But you can not knock the massive range they offer. Its a shame that their customer service is so poor. I am also a member of a website called www.katiescards.com who offer a small range of high quality ecards, but they could not be more helpful if you have a problem. If you like sending ecards it is worth giving theirs a look.

Customer service sucks. I tried calling to cancel membership a few days ago and the number kept cutting me off. Today I got to a place where I'm at least on hold, but I've been on hold for 20 minutes now. This is ridiculous. It would be easier for me to close my credit card account. The only reason I gave it one star is because you had to give it something. (read more)

At present, I am so mad at BlueMountain I wouldn't recommend them to a flea! I want to cancel the Create & Print portion of my membership as I never use it; tried to do it on line & they said I had to go to 1-888-254-1450; that number keeps telling me to go on line -- what a bunch of nonsense!!!!! It's pretty bad when you can't get a live person to talk to anymore. GET THIS -- I WANT TO KEEP MY BLUEMOUNTAIN ACCOUNT BUT CANCEL THE CREATE & PRINT PORTION -- DO YOU SUPPOSE A LIVE PERSON COULD DO... (read more)

Ditto. They do everything possible to keep you from canceling.
I've called six times over the past two days. Their menu option is long and annoying and since you can't answer by pressing buttons, it doesn't always hear what you said correctly, and then you go back to the start. ARGHH. So, the first call got screwed up because I tried to answer when my option came up. Hung up and tried again. On the second call, by the time I waited FOREVER for each menu to finish before replying, then got... (read more)

I signed up for BlueMountain.com's free trial offer then cancelled after 5 days of my 15-day offer. I followed the necessary links to cancel and submitted my information. After 20 days, I was STILL charged the annual fee of $15.99. DO NOT use this website and DO NOT sign up for a free trial unless you plan on paying the annual membership fee. The company does not provide helpful service and will not reimburse anyone for charged membership fees regardless of cancellation status. (read more)

Bluemountain is a total scam.
You can try to get them to cancel (good luck))at 888-254-1450. when you get the recording, say "new membership" to get through to a real person. i got jerked around and ended up reporting it as fraud with my credit card company. (read more)

There are quite a few other smaller ecards sites out there that offer a much better customer service and at a lower price than bluemountain. I have joined Jacquie Lawson's site which is great and also www.katiescards.com which has a slightly smaller selection of cards availabvle, but just as good. If you can not find the right e card on those websites why not try ojilie or some of the other ones out there? (read more)

Total scam company. I wish I could give them no stars at all. I signed up for their free trial thinking it would be easy to cancel but no - there is simply no way of contacting them, phone or otherwise. I had to close my bank account to escape this scum of the earth business, and no matter how many times I report them as spammers I cannot get my email unsubscribed or stop them somehow still getting through to my inbox.
If there's someone in the world that you really dislike, and I mean... (read more)

Blue Mountain e-cards is a horrible scam service. In their Terms of Agreement it states that you can cancel your membership and request a refund any time up to 30 days after your card was charged, but then they slip in this "free trial" language that says you can't get your money back after an unspecified free trial ends. Since it's never clear that you signed up for a free trial to begin with as soon as they charge your card you're stuck paying it. Don't even bother trying to call to... (read more)
