    It took nearly 3 months and hours of phone calls to get my business mastercard, despite it being approved at early stage.     Open a account on internet with Nat West bank 2 weeks ago, no paper work received despite making several calls.

    Charges are outrageous, and unlike other banks I have been with you really have to fight them to get any reduction or rebate (even if they are wrong).

    I am truly amazed how NatWest stays in business. They take 2 - 3 weeks to do something that takes anyone else 1 - 2 days. I'm moving bank. For those who like NatWest, it must be that they haven't tried anyone else.
