    Natwest ONline Banking makes banking so much easier but have had a problem with our e isa accounts. difficult to get through to talk to anyyone and my local branch are worse than useless.

    well it dosnt look good for NatWest Online Banking, not happy.i just want to check my ballance but keep being directed to the same un usefull page.....

    Only 20 payments are allowed. No International bank transfers, no stock exchange features, no mobile top-ups.
    NatWest Online Banking is a Useless service.

    Natwest Online banking, from my experience has always been up to date with my account, provides enough information about transactions and as far as Im aware is fairly secure.

    The log-in process is simple, compared to other banks i have used and the site navigation is also pretty straight forward.

    Closed my account without my permission. 2 months later I'm still trying to get MY money from NatWest. Worst bank, out of 4 that I have held accounts with. So frustrating that I seem to have no one to turn to. Don't bother with the banking ombudsman, you'll get more use from a chocolate teapot.

    Why when I cancel cheques as my son lost them did I still get charged £334.00 been told they would call back days ago and still waiting if it not sorted I will be changing bank very very poor.

    Tried several online banks- Natwest online is by far the best - makes up for the insulting interest rate on current accounts.
