NW seem to have changed the format of the on-line banking. you used to get a running total like a statement. Now the first thing you see is a mini statement with credits and debits, you have to click on another tab to view a running total. Wish they had left it alone… Read Full Review

Been on the service for a number of years now. It's really functional and stable (never have any problems getting in). The service is updated fairly regularly with changes and improvements. I use other Internet Banking services with other Banks and they don't have the same level of user-friendliness as NatWest Online. Would definitely recommend… Read Full Review

I am currently using Firefox 3.6 and IE8. Neither are currently acceptable to NW. It seems I cannot use a service I have been happily using for 3-4 years without specially installing Opera or Safari for NW use only (I have tried both before but returned to FF fairly quickly) or reverting to a possibly less secure version of FF… Read Full Review

I have just transferred form the Halifax to NatWest and have found NatWest very accommodating, friendly and approachable.
The Person with whom I dealt was very understanding and understandable whilst being professional and business-like.
No line was overstepped yet I felt quite free to talk about anything.
This was quite the first time in along time since I have felt thay I was being dealt with as a humanbeing and a valued customer.

I Have just joined Natwest and registered with Advantage Gold. It offers a lot of things, Yet I am paying the extra money a month for the phone insurance. My Phone has Recently Broke and I have filled in the claim form like told to do so and sent it off but still not heard anything back. I have been without a phone now for about a month and still paying the extra a month and not heard anything back. I've been using Nat West Online banking for about a year now after joining before and forgetting all my registration details! Its pretty simple to set up . You just use the online registration form and they will send you a reference number by post which usually comes in about 3-4 days then you follow instructions and your off!

after 40.yrs. a natwest costomer, i changed to a local building society bank. i found them available more hours daily @ saterdays also.
the iterest rate on the current account is much better.

I have used natwest online for quite a while. It is very convenient, easy to use and I now rarely have to visit my branch in person. I can access my account 24/7 transfer money from one account to another and keep track of incomings and outgoings from day to day without waiting for paper statements. I can also make payments to third parties' bank accounts which during the present mail strike is very helpful. Perfectly useful service for all your basic banking needs such as checking balances, moving money around, setting up payments etc.
Web site by no means ground-breaking in terms of 'user experience' or even functionality, but secure, simple, and perfectly adequate.

I've been using Natwest Online Banking for five or six years having been a Natwest customer for 17 years, since my student days.
Whilst I haven't always been the biggest fan of Natwest as a bank I have to say that the online service is pretty good. It's simple, but secure to login with a separate PIN and Password. I opened an E-Saver account on 14 October last year advertised at 4% + 2.10 % bonus fixed for 12 months and made my first substantial deposit on 4 November . The rate rapidly tumbled, of course, till it was only .5% +2.10% bonus. The bonus is only paid at the end of the month following the first month in which interest was due so I only got the first bonus at the end of December 2008. Overnight on Tuesday 15th September NatWest changed their browser access codes and denied on-line banking to Google Chrome users without prior notification. When challenged they claimed 'Never to have supported Chrome'. Nobody is asking them to support it, just let us use what many of us consider to be the safest and most secure browser out there.
