I think it was really easy and straight foward and I would recommend to anyone who uses banking. It also helped my son save up money for his car and his college fees. I liked how it it was easy and didnt find anything i didnt like.

I find it very easy and straightforward to use. I can keep a check on everything, including direct debits. I pay all my bills online and have never experienced any problems. I don't know what i'd do without it!

Overnight on Tuesday 15th September NatWest changed their browser access codes and denied on-line banking to Google Chrome users without prior notification. Tried to log in to NatWest Online Banking for the 1st time! laptop froze. took 30 mins to shut down. tried again and would not accept supplied log and activation codes...(i use vista)
