    after 40.yrs. a natwest costomer, i changed to a local building society bank. i found them available more hours daily @ saterdays also.
    the iterest rate on the current account is much better.

    I have to say i am chuffed with the change, Should have done it years ago.

    I have used natwest online for quite a while. It is very convenient, easy to use and I now rarely have to visit my branch in person. I can access my account 24/7 transfer money from one account to another and keep track of incomings and outgoings from day to day without waiting for paper statements ...

    Perfectly useful service for all your basic banking needs such as checking balances, moving money around, setting up payments etc.

    Web site by no means ground-breaking in terms of 'user experience' or even functionality, but secure, simple, and perfectly adequate.

    I think it was really easy and straight foward and I would recommend to anyone who uses banking. It also helped my son save up money for his car and his college fees. I liked how it it was easy and didnt find anything i didnt like.

    I find it very easy and straightforward to use. I can keep a check on everything, including direct debits. I pay all my bills online and have never experienced any problems. I don't know what i'd do without it!

    Overnight on Tuesday 15th September NatWest changed their browser access codes and denied on-line banking to Google Chrome users without prior notification.
