Had mine a year now after buying from new. It has delivered me to work every morning without skipping a beat. I've passed my test on it but just cannot be bothered to trade it in against a bigger bike as the cost just isn't worth it.

The bike I'm reviewing is a 2005 Brazilian produced version. She's a Brazilian alright and doesn't like the cold much. Starting after a week in the cold and rain she'll take a while to warm up - think choke and throttle but don't flood her. Generally, starts first time. Gear shift first to second mu ...

As you've all heard a thousand times this bike has great fuel economy and is extremely reliable and "is a great first time bike". I agree, I believe this bike is for the sensible person who isn't too bothered about the thrill of holding on for dear life and more bothered about how much money they ha ...

I have ridden large bikes over the past 9 years. I bought the 125 for economic reasons. I should have got a 250 though. The 125 lacks the torque and top end required for a sensible commute to work.
It is a good bike but it is a 125!

After a break from motorcycling of about 5 years I bought a new Honda CG125, and did just under 22,000 miles in 20 months, including trips to Devon and Cornwall, the Peak District, the Lake District, Snowdonia and Scotland. Used daily to commute about 15 miles each way to London. This has NEVER, EVE ...

I have done up to 90 miles in a day on my Honda CG125 and this includes both town, country and duel carriage ways without so much as a moan from my CG. Since I have had her I have done over 6,500 care free miles on her with regular oil changes. The gear box is easy to use if you are thinking of movi ...

I purchased my Honda CG125 new in 2006. Generally, I think it was a good buy. In the 4 months I have had it, I have put on over 3,300 miles on everything, from busy urban streets to dual carriageway A roads. I have ridden it in the heat of summer, and in some of the worst weather so far this year (w ...

I recently sold my 3 month old Yamaha YBR as I was about to do my Direct Access Test and I also have a Suzuki GS500. So I assumed the YBR would not be getting much action and sold it. A very bad move, as I failed my first DAS test and so, could not legally ride the GS500 and also had no 125cc bike ...

My Honda CG125 is really easy to ride and cheap to run. Much faster than my moped! Cuts travel times in half! However, I am having trouble with the choke. I'm having to sometimes stop after a few feet to turn it off. I don't know what is causing this.

The Honda Cg is my first bike, I own a Magna Red 2002 Honda CG which was the 1st version with the Electric Start(alongside the kickstart).

Its a great little bike, with unbelievable fuel economy, I do a 5-6 day a week at work(14 mile round trip) on about 5 quid worth of fuel, and more recently I ...
