    I purchased a washing machine online, having found that John Lewis matched Currys and Comet prices. Someone rang me within 40 minutes(!) to arrange delivery in less than a week. I asked for the delivery driver to ring me on the day to let me know an approximate time.

    Our nearest branch of John Lewis is in Welwyn Garden City, and I was initially bewildered to discover that life seems to revolve around that store.     For 4 months I have been in dispute with John Lewis F.S.Ltd, and have wondered why they had no customer orientation but dealt with you as all Financial Service organisations tend to ie any error is yours we do not make errors.

    Bought many products from John Lewis and always very satisfied with the service. In my view, I will never find a better service in the UK.

    Ordered a digital camera at 1350 on 6/7/04 and it arrived at 0915 on 7,7,04. Pretty good service.

    What can I say, John Lewis are cheap, great service, high quality, and no-frills shopping. We try and spend as much money here as possible. Unless other shops have at least 20% off the John Lewis price, I wouldn't bother going elsewhere.
